- Electronic ignition: Press and turn a knob to light a burner, then adjust the flame to suit your cooking.

Before First Use
Confirm your gas type (Natural Gas or LPG) and install the correct nozzles using the included conversion kit.
Make sure the burner caps and grates are seated correctly and level.
Check all gas connections with soapy water to ensure there are no leaks.
Plug the cooktop into a 110V AC outlet for electronic ignition.

Thermocouple Flame Failure Protection
Each burner features a flame failure safety device (FFD). If the flame is accidentally extinguished, the gas supply shuts off automatically to protect your home and family from leaks

How to Light the Burner
Push the knob down fully.
Turn the knob counter-clockwise to the MAX / High position.
You will hear a clicking sound from the electronic ignition.
Once the flame appears, keep the knob pressed for 2–3 seconds to let the thermocouple heat up.
Release the knob and adjust the flame to your desired level.
If the Flame Goes Out After You Release the Knob
The thermocouple safety device needs time to heat up. Hold the knob 2–3 seconds longer before releasing.
Make sure the burner cap is centered and flat. A misaligned cap can blow the flame away from the thermocouple.
-
If one burner only has this issue, clean the thermocouple probe and reseat the burner cap.

If the Burner Won’t Ignite at All
Check that the gas supply valve is open and the tank is not empty (for LPG).
Confirm the correct nozzle is installed for your gas type.
Clean the ignition needle and burner ports if food or moisture is present.
Dry the igniter area completely if the cooktop was recently cleaned.

Safety Reminder
If you smell gas, turn off the gas supply immediately, ventilate the room, and do not use the cooktop until a qualified technician checks it.
Do not force the knobs; press-and-turn is required for ignition.
