A digital readout panel displays the dial range from 20–200 A while tracking the actual output amperage between 20–120 A. An onboard synergy controller automatically tunes strike intensity to match material thickness, reducing electrode binding and ensuring reliable arc ignition on first contact.

Engineered for sustained workflow, the inverter supports a 60% duty cycle and incorporates internal thermal and overcurrent cutoffs within an IP21-class housing. It drives standard E6010, E6011, and E6013 filler metals sized 1.6–2.5 mm across carbon steel, mild steel, galvanized sheet, and stainless alloys up to 6 mm thick.

Power Configuration & TIG Expandability

The single-voltage configuration accepts either 110 V or 220 V mains depending on regional wiring standards, operating at a 0.73 power factor with a 25.2 A rated peak output. Operators looking to run Lift TIG procedures can mount a WP17V torch, which ships separately.
